How do I create a quote form that I can present to the customer?

    I would like to:

    1. Get a customer to complete a quotation form

    2. Lookup and calculate a price quotation

    3. Present the quote to the customer

Should I be looking at integrating JotFrom with another app?

If you would like to manually calculate the price, then you can just add the product or service items in the form and let the customer select and submit the form. You can calculate the price after you receive it then you can reply to the user through email about the price.

If you would like to automatically calculate the price, you can do it in the form using our calculation widget. Here's our guide for the calculation:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-perform-calculation-in-the-form

Now, you can use a radio button, checkbox or the dropdown fields to configure the items. You can add a calculation value for each item (https://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value). The values can be used in getting the total.

You can send an autoresponder with the information to the customer (https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder).

Please try it and let us know for issues while you are setting up the form.
