I've been waiting for the "Next" button on my "CINCINNATI Meeting Form" form to be fixed for several days now. I was told that someone would be looking into it. I have made some other changes to fix other problems with the form. But, I can't test the changes to see if they work until the navigation button(s) are fixed. Please help right away. I need to have use this form for a customer no later than Monday, 12-20-2016 at 4pm EST.
Please help, ASAP!

I checked your form both in Chrome & Safari browsers but I was not able to reproduce the issue you have been experiencing. You can see here how your form works.
After that, I checked your other thread for the same issue and I realised that there has been a ticket already opened and there was a solution provided my colleague. The issue should have been fixed by now.
If you tell us which cases need to be tested, we will check and return us with our feedback.
On the other hand, your autoresponder has a missing field and it does not function unless you add an e-mail field to your form and select it on the autoresponder setting as recipient.
