New/Adapted Question Type?

Hi!  I was wondering if there is a forum to request people to help develop new question types.  Right now, I am using the "Matrix Dynamique" type as the closest to what I want (see attached).  What I would really LOVE would be to be able to fill in the first column of the matrix with the "added options" from the user contributed checkbox list in the previous question, have a user contributed drop down for the second column, and then have a text box space for the third column (data source).

If you know of any ways I could achieve part or all of this, that would be great.  I'd be happy to work with a developer if you think there's someone who'd be interested.

Thank you so much.  I've been loving working with your platform and greatly appreciate the quick and helpful responses.  I'm trying to show my appreciation by recommending the platform to fellow researchers and tweeting positively from my account @sidewalkscout

    Happy holidays,

    Alice

Hi Alice and thank you for letting us know about this custom field setup you're looking to create.

We do have a developer forum but it is more intended for widgets similar to the usage of the matrix dynamique widget or app ideas where you can make suggestions for new widget types and such.

If I understand it correctly it seems to me you want an adaptive field setup that can do a number of things in rolled into one.

The closest you are going to get to this type of workflow for it currently is via our configurable list widget which can do some crazy things if you haven't seen it already.

However, we will try to look into this further and let you know in case we figure out a better solution.

Thanks. I've played around with the configurable list widget, but it isn't quite what I'm looking for either. It is a cool one though. My highest priority is to be able to call entries from the user from the previous question to be listed in the question. I'll do the best I can and keep my eye out!

Hey Alice, aside from our Developer Forum, you may also personally request for a Widget. Just head over to our Widgets Gallery, then click the REQUEST A WIDGET button on the right hand side of that page.

Thanks for the warm remarks btw, and Happy Holidays to you too! :)
