I want to make sure that only submissions made with a emailaddress that actually works will be forwarded to my inbox. Other submissions can be auto deleted after a few days.

    I e:

1: I create a form with email address of the one submitting the form as a required field.

2: A user fills in the form.

3: A Autoresponder Email is sent to the user, it contains a Link "Verify Email"

4: The user clicks the link in the Autoresponder email

5: A Notification mail is sent to the Form owner, because the user Verified their email.

    Or:

3: A Autoresponder Email is sent to the user, it contains a Link "Verify Email"

4: The user has supplied an invalid email, and hence will not be able to click the "Verify Email"....

5: After 5 days, the submitted form is deleted.

You can use this app: https://apps.jotform.com/app/submission_verifier.

You can also use this widget: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/e-mail_validator. Here's our guide on how you can add a widget in the form:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form

Both widget and app will only record verified submissions. Both won't store unverified ones.
