    Hi

I need two types of files output.

    File output 1 -

When a user submits a form, an email should be sent across with PDF attachment containing only some specified information and not all.

    File Output 2 -

When I click on PDF in Form Responses in Jotform Form Responses page, I need the complete pdf as originally created.

Now when I am doing this, where I am failing is that the type of PDF attachment I am specifying, that is the same output I am getting in File Output 2.

How can I achieve both these ?

Also, is it possible to rotate images clicked or uploaded, when viewing the PDF in File Output 1 or 2 ?

Our submission PDF generation process is for specific, and it is not possible to have the submission PDF generated with one set of fields for the file being attached to emails, and with another set of fields when using it otherwise.

Regardless of the method used to generate the submission PDFs, they will always be generated with whatever your settings are for the submission PDF at that moment. You can control which fields are included in the PDF file by going to your form's submissions page:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions

Simply use the gear-shaped icon in the top right corner to select the fields:

This setting is global, and will affect all submission PDFs that are generated through that form. I hope this helps.
