Every day now we are not receiving our jotform emails. I sign into the account and and see that the email address is back in the bounce list, so I remove it again, we then get a few emails but the next day it is back in the bounce list again.
Are there any suggestions on a permanent fix for this as we do reply on the emails to let us know we have received a submission.

What I also suggest you try is to add your own email in the Senders List using SMTP email. This will ensure your email address will be recognized easily by your email service thus preventing non delivery issue of the email.
