How do I maintain the form width when embedded?

When I embed the form into my website, side bar, the form looks stretched out and doesn't maintain the width specified in jotform.  Here is the link:  http://myrealpro.com/homebuyers/#/

It's possible that there are conflicts between your form's script and the script on your website. To prevent such conflict, I suggest you embed your form using its iframe code.
