I completed and installed a Dwolla JotForm integration. It appears to have installed correctly, but when the submit button is clicked in tests, it says "waiting" and nothing happens. The form is at the bottom of this page: https://www.haganskimountaineering.com/pages/coaching

UPDATE: Unfortunately, Dwolla is discontinuing its product as of October 2018. But if you’re looking for an alternative to collect ACH payments through your forms, you can check out other great alternatives here.

    Hello,

I did try to test your embedded form. I was able to submit the form successfully but no thank you message was displayed.

It seems you have embedded your form using its script embed code which is causing some code conflict. I would suggest you to please embed your form using its iFrame embed code and see if that solves your problem. The following guide should help you how to grab your form's iFrame embed code:  https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

    Thank you!

That seems to have worked. Thank you!
Is there any way to fully test it out, other than having someone (myself?) complete the process as a test customer?
    Sincerely,
    Michael

    Hello Michael,

Glad to hear that it worked now.

We can test your form from here but you would need to enable Sandbox Mode. This means that you will have to use your Dwolla Sandbox credentials so we can perform some tests.

Anyway, for as long as you have followed the guide properly, your form should work as intended.

    Thank you!
