I get multiple email notifications

    Hi,

     

    We are receiving multiple copies of responses to one of our forms. They are coming through intermittently, and our clients claim they are not repeatedly filling them out. Can you help me stop these repetitions?

    Hi Bella,

    We're sorry for the inconvenience issue. You can prevent this issue by setting unique submissions. To set the unique submissions, please follow these steps.

    1- Edit your form which has this issue.

    2- Then please click the "Preferences".

    3- From the pop-up window, first click the "Advance" tab and then select unique submission as "Check cookies only".
