How to change the recipient on the form?

    I was using a marketing company and they created my contact form using jotform. We are no longer using this company, and the form does not go to the right email address. How do I gain control of my form so I can direct it to go to the right place?

    The form on your website (https://form.jotform.com/62793909035161) was created using an account named thelistbroker. The email address associated with the account is ebernstein56@gmail.com. You can send a password reset email to change the password of the account and gain access to its forms.

    Simply go to the login page and click Forgot Password. Enter the username thelistbroker and click "send instructions". The instructions will be emailed to ebernstein56@gmail.com.
