Hi! I've been trying to integrate with Insightly. I successfully authenticated the API Key then selected Lead. However, when I came to the Field part, there are no selections available to click so I can't complete the integration.

Based on screenshot you provided it seems that you were not logged into your account or your form does not have any fields.
I have checked forms on your account and I found one blank form http://www.jotform.co/form/70108458248862
Please make sure that you are logged into your account and that you are integrating correct form with Insightly.
