I have tested your form and I was able to replicate mentioned issue.
After that I have cloned your form, but I was also not able to submit my cloned form. First I thought that this issue is related to submit button, so I have deleted submit button and added new one. On my first test I was able to submit the form. However when I tested the form again I was now able to submit it. It seems that this issue is related to your Square payment field. Please delete the field and add new one to see it that will resolve your issue.
I would also suggest you to use Number field instead of text box field for Donation amount or set validation to Numerical.
You can also use radio button field for Method of Payment instead of checkbox field.
