My email address are in bounce list.

    I have several forms that we are not receiving emails from!! I just noticed and we have two weeks of customer emails that we did not get because the submissions are bouncing!! I cannot even go in and manually forward the submissions! Please help!!!!

    I did check our record and your email address is not in our bounce list. It seems you have already removed your email from our bounce list. 

    Since your email is no longer in our bounce list, I am unable to check the bounce reason. I would suggest you to please test your form again and see if you still do not receive submission emails. 

    I would also suggest you to please use your own email address to send submission emails with your own SMTP settings. The following guide should help you how to setup SMTP:
