Pricing and Form limitations

Hello, 

I received an alert today when trying to create a new form. (limited to 5 forms on starter pack), would you please let me know the account history and if this is a new restriction on our account. 

I have not been limited like this in the past.

We have updated our pricing page and plan. Free account is now limited to 5 forms. However, old user can still have all the forms before it got implemented. Unfortunately, they can't create more forms. Unless you upgrade their account or delete some forms in order to give way to a new form.
