Can a user print he/her answers to the form? Is there an option to download a form?

Would like to have the user have a copy of the questions asked.

The first option would be to add the print button to the form, before it is submitted they could click on this button and will get a PDF version of the web form with the entered info.

You could also set up an auto-responder on your form and attach the PDF report of submission in it by going to the advanced settings and turning on the PDF attachment option:
