I am not receiving notifications to my email address. They show up on the jot form website, but I am not getting notified when a form has been filled out.

Hello,
I have checked your account and found it is associated with email address w**@********hhc.com, when you 'Test' the email notification it goes to the profile email address. If you want email notifications go to a different email, you have to set up the email notification, here you are the guide to help you with this: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications.
