    Does your contact form run in SMTP?

    My host does not support PHP forms and my current contact form is PHP. Do you forms run in SMTP? Thank you

    Hello Kristen,

    I'm not sure I'm following you on your question. But if what you mean is by receiving email alerts, you can setup your email alert settings to use SMTP to configure your email sender. Here is a sample guide for the steps for setup: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

    But if what you want to know is if it requires PHP for your forms to run, the answer is no. You can simply embed the form to any HTML web host. or even simply provide a link and your form can stand alone to receive submissions.

    If I'm misunderstanding your concern, it would be great if you can provide us more details on this.
