    Hi Liyam.

Thanks for your response below. Does the system work by counting form "views" or form submissions; I can't see that we have had over 1,000 submissions. If I disable the counter as suggested below, can I then continue as previously or do I need to upgrade in any event. Sorry, I don't fully understand your advice.

    Thanks,

    Stephen

    Hello Stephen,

The notification you have received seems to be due to your form views. You have so far reached more than 1000 form views in total on your account for the month (currently at 1036). Free users can make use of forms without JotForm footer up to a limit of 1000 form views only. As a result you were prompted for a scheduled downgrade of your account due to the said overlimit.

You can disable your form views counter by enabling the JotForm Footer on your account. To do this you can go to https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings and scroll down to the bottom, you will see the checkbox for enabling JotForm footer there

Also to give you a bit of leeway for this adjustment, I have removed your downgrade schedule and reduced your form views counter.

If you have questions, please let us know.

    Thanks.

    Hello Stephen,

If you go to your Usage page (https://support.jotform.com/myaccount/usage) you will see all your limits:

As you can see you're close to View limit for this month. What my colleague suggested above is to add our JotForm footer because that will allow you to have unlimited form views. And that is something that is available for you because you are one of our old users.

A system is counting both, form views and form submissions. As you can see, you have 19 submissions out of 100 available. And you have 957 out of 1000 of views. If you go over with any of the submissions your account will be disabled until you upgrade or until the next 1st of the month is reached when all limits are reset.

If you are not expecting a lot of submissions per month then you can stay with a Free plan, Form view limit you can resolve by adding the JotForm footer.

Hope it is more clear now.

If you have any additional questions please let us know.

    Thank you!

Thanks for your help. I have added the JotForm footer but I note the form views limit has not increased.

    Regards.

Sorry for the confusion. JotForm footer is mandatory for Starters (Free users)

The option would work only if you are on upgraded plan.

However, you can take advantage of our getMore option to increase the number of vistor's count/month https://support.jotform.com/myaccount/getMore

Let us know if you have more questions.

    Hi.

Okay, can I please upgrade Technical Paint Services free a/c to"Bronze" and also migrate the forms for Rundlewalker Solicitors to a new "Bronze" a/c, so I have two Bronze a/s. I will administer both a/cs. Payment will be made by two separate cards.

    Thank you.

    Hi Stephen,

Yes, sure. You can investigate our pricing plan and then you can upgrade your account. There isn't any account which is named as "Technical Paint Services".

Your nickname is "technicalpaints" and please note that we cannot upgrade your account and we cannot migrate any both accounts. We can only move forms from one account to another account if the owners of these accounts confirm this process. It's enough to share with us the form IDs and the account names.

Our user guide can help you if you want to learn more information about upgrading: How to Upgrade My Account.

If you need further assistance, we'd be glad to help you.

    Thank you very much.

    Kindest Regards.
