Any Way To Auto-Send The Reference Form To The Reference

I am creating an application in which the applicants must put down three references. I am wondering if there is a way my reference form can automatically send to the person they put down?

If I understood you correctly you want to send link of your form to email address that is entered inside of the form by another user. 

You can achieve this with Autoresponder email. Once you set Autoresponder email inside of your form you can delete email table, add your own custom text and add link of your form.
