My clients are unable to do the upload photo portion of the form

My clients are replying back saying that they are unable to attach photos to my form. How can I go about fixing this?

I currently understand that you appear to be having an issue with some of your clients attaching photos to your form to send to you and we'd be happy to investigate it for you.

I've taken a look at your account and found two forms called Client Inquiry and a clone of it.

Are you having this problem on both of them or just the main one?

I tested the file attachments for the form and found that I am able to successfully attach photos so perhaps your issue might've been temporary or due to an incorrect file type or file size.

Please try this again on your end and if there's a problem still just let us know.
