How Can I Get Free Space If My Quota Is Over?

    Hi,

    I was over the data limit but I've cleared out my storage space by deleting all my submissions.  Can you re-enable my account and my forms?

    I have reviewed on our server for the uploaded files in your account and found that they are related to the existing submissions in your form http://www.jotform.ca/form/63247142514248 

    If you need your forms to be activated again, please delete those submissions (make sure to download them to get a back up of your data) or upgrade your account to the next level
