Notification e-mails not going to all recipient email addresses

    I created and uploaded a form.  The forms are coming to me at redrockgsd@gmail.com but not to sharonyates@cox.net

    I even added her as a second user

    Thank you for contacting us.

    I have checked your form and e-mails. Firstly, you have not got any submission. So, any e-mails did not sent to your recipients.

    Also, I have checked your e-mail logs. I could see you sent to TEST e-mail.

    If you are trying to test the email alerts using " Test Email " button, please note that this will always send the email notification to the email address in your account profile. You have to make an actual submission in your form to test the recipient email address you are setting up in the form.
