    My website is asking me to edit JotForm so that it takes users to http://www.terricabral.com/TipsToSuccessDownload.en.html

    Hi
    I have jot form on my website using it for success tips download they
    have to leave email to get it. I heard today that it is doing very well
    however I have not received any of the information that they are leaving
