Each time I'm placed on the "Bounce List", I request to be removed only to find myself placed back on it within days.  Please help!  Thank you.

I'm afraid we can no longer check the rejection reason that we received when your server started bouncing our emails, as this information is saved on the bounce list alongside your email. When an email is removed from the bounce list, so is the error message from the recipient.

Now, I'd like to explain what bouncing is, in order to to have a better understanding of the process and what needs to be done in order to resolve the issues.

A bounce is when the intended recipient rejects an email. Bouncing is always performed by recipient servers, in this case by oceanwidetravel.com.

When a recipient server is refusing to accept our emails to a certain address, we will either attempt sending emails several times (if the rejection message was a soft bounce, such as "mailbox is full" message), or stop sending further emails to that address immediately (if the rejection message was a hard bounce, such as "email address doesn't exist").

As your address is already removed from the bounce list, we cannot check the exact rejection reason your server provided when it started bouncing our emails. Without knowing the exact rejection reason, the only thing we as the senders of emails can do is to make sure the emails are formatted in the manner least likely to get rejected. We have that setup described on the following guide:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues

Please make sure to set up your emails that way, and should your address end up on the bounce list again, please don't remove it yourself - if you contact us in our forum, we'll be able to check and provide you with the rejection reason as well, so the underlying cause of the issue can be tended to.

I hope this helps. I see that your email address is currently not on the bounce list, and seems to be receiving emails successfully at this time.
