I used the html code of the form to put it directly in the email. 

But the submit button in the email is not working, is there a reason for this or some the glitch.

How can I make the submit button workable in an email.

Were you perhaps trying to embed the form within an email message?

Currently that is not possible to do. The email services security script will only blocked the form's scripts when detected within an email message. So directly embedding a form within an email will not work.

What you can do instead is to use the URL link of your form in an email message.
