I have checked your forms and the email history of your account, I could see the edit submission link works fine, here's an example about what I can see on my end when clicked on the edit link included in your email notifications:
Could you please provide us with the form ID where you're experiencing this?
We will be glad to further check your this from our end.

OK, the link you're using on the form does not work since the form ID used is not the form where the submissions was originally sent.
And the form ID where that submission was sent is 63137291579161. What I would suggest you is to include the edit link from the email wizard, you will find it under the form fields section:
Or you can also include the link with the submission ID only: www.jotform.com/edit/submissionID
