How to change the custom URL of form?

The link I am referring to is once I go to publish it comes up with a copy link and a section I can edit. It only allows me to enter the end of the link and not he beginning that has jot form branding on there.....is there a way I can make it look more personal so it is more professional for my clients to view?

Please note that in form's custom URL, you can only edit the last part of your form. I would suggest you to take advantage of our "Custom Domain" feature and see if that fits into your requirement.
