How to make image mapping in the form

    I asked a few years ago about a way to map an image. I would like for patients to click on a part of an image to be taken to different form sections. For example clicking on the neck would bring them to a section of the form about necks. Any new ideas?

    I've checked your old posts related to the same feature request.

    I've tried a workaround on my side. Please find the link of my test form below and click the neck of the first person:

    I've done this adding 2 images to the form and injecting CSS codes. Also, I have set a link to the second image.

    Feel free to clone the form on your side in order to see how to make it.
