HTML tags are showing up in submission emails in Yahoo

The backend of jotform shows the submissions are clean, but when they arrive to yahoo mail via plain text,
tags are all over the submissions. What can we try to do to fix it? 

I cloned your form (http://www.jotform.ca/form/50834680312249 ) and tested on my end but I wasn't able to reproduce the issue. It was fine on my end. There were no html tags on the email notification that were sent to my yahoo email.

Can you please provide us what browser you are using where you have encountered the issue?

Well it's not a matter of what browser, anyone who goes into the Yahoo account and picks up the submissions sees this problem. 

I have cloned your form into my account for testing, and same as my colleague, I'm receiving properly formatted emails on my Yahoo account.

I have also checked your form email history, and I see that the emails our system is sending you are also formatted correctly:

I've tested both the email notification and the autoresponder, and they both appear to be fine in my Yahoo account - there are no HTML tags showing.

Please check your webmail settings within Yahoo to make sure you did not disable any formatting options accidentally, and please do try using a different web browser as well. Based on what we see, your emails seem to be formatted correctly. Thank you.
