Where has my form gone?

    Hi,

    I spent a long time Wednesday evening until gone midnight editing my form. Which I had sent to my friend to test. The link is: https://form.jotformeu.com/70316119225347

    However, I have just logged in and the form seems to have disappeared. 

    Can you please let me know where I can find it.

    The form should be under your account. Once you login please click on a My Forms link.

    Hi,
    Thank you for getting back to me.
    I have a form there but it is not the one that I spent all of my time on.
    I have also checked in archived forms, and there is nothing there either.

    Is the only form in your account.  It is available from the "My Forms" section.

    If there are changes that were made that are no longer appearing in the form, you can revert your form to a previously saved state using your forms revision history:
