I recently (last few weeks) noticed, that email notification is like a random story.
Sometimes I get them, sometimes not - no clou what the reason can be.
I can make a new rule, test it (no mail) and otherwise i get mails for 2 submissions, but not for the 3rd - really random...
BTW it is a little shame, that those (missing) confirmation mails cannot be reproduced in their original state/format - a "resend" button that would do so would be nice.

I checked your account's email history but it seems that the emails being sent from your form was properly sent.
Can you provide us the email address and the form where you encounter the issue you are reporting so we can further investigate the issue?
