Conditions order and tips

    Hello,

I am having trouble with emails being sent according to a set of conditions. The form is here https://www.jotform.com/build/70316333062849

I have read on the forums there is an order in which they are processed - last item, presuming number 10 goes first if there were 10 conditions, through to 1?? Can you clarify?

Should my multiple conditions be combined or fragmented again?

I have used auto-responders mainly because they can use a dynamic email address to send to the next signee hence not using the notification email.

    Thanks for your assistance.

I'm not sure if I understand you fully, but can you please specify the problem on emails being sent according to a set of conditions? I checked your form and I noticed that you have set up the conditions on sending emails.

I think the best way is to please review this guides in order to understand about conditions on sending emails. Smart Forms Using Conditional Logic

Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Hello,
I was wanting some guidance on how the conditions work since I have made conditions but they are not necessarily working as expected. It may be an issue with the simple as order of conditions but I do read the support forums but they are somewhat vague. Last to first for example?? It states that the order is from last to first - but in the new jotform there is a numbering of each condition that can be drag and dropped, hence my last item I created is number 1. So is the order 1->10 or 10->1 for example?
I need the form to go to different people after each editor adds an email of their manager.
I have conditions that also look at the fields that have values eg. is the amount higher than $500 then send this response. If it is lower then send this response. but there are several If Then statements. Can I reuse aspects of conditions in other conditions? Do we run into issues if there are too many?
I see there are restrictions on the numbers of recipients for auto-responders and notifications.
    Thanks for your assistance.
    Bianca

I cloned your form (https://www.jotform.com/70316333062849) and I noticed that there are missing conditions on the form. Perhaps this is the reason why you have problems with the conditions. Please review the conditions you have set on your form.

Regarding to your other questions, I am currently investigating the issues. I'll get back once I've found results.

The order of the condition should not matter since the conditions you set up are only triggered if "All" the rules are met. This means even if the condition placed last or first, if all the rules are met, the conditions will triggered regardless.

Yes there is a limit for the number of the email notifications. Please see this guide on Send Notifications to Multiple Recipients
