I'm assuming you deleted the fields associated with those 2 conditions. I strongly recommend you delete those 2 conditions first then re-add the field that will trigger the condition.
As of now, we have no idea on how this should work since:
1. The field that needs to trigger your condition doesn't exist.
2. Your form only has Paypal in it and no option for a check payment of any sort.
In case you accidentally deleted them, you may revert your form back to a previous state by using our Form Revision tool.
