I need to have my form print out on one page

Is it possible to have my form print out on one page rather than two? Plus when I print the form the heading doesn't show.

If I understand you correctly you would like to make your form so that it can be printed on one page instead of two.

Which of your form(s) did you want to print out on one page? Or was that just a general question?

This is dependent upon the length of your form but you can try adjusting the font size of your form or using css to remove the gaps to shrink it down some. Also, usually your printer will have settings to adjust the page size and zoom level which can affect it too.

Additionally, the reason why the header doesn't show is because it is disabled by default but, you can turn it on by enabling the headers and text.
