2. I keep getting a message that my email is on a bounce list (email@example.com). I have clicked the button to remove it but every time I login, the message reappears.

If you are having bouncing issues, make sure to remove it from the bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
Then, check you email spam folder, and mark any JotForm email as NOT SPAM. Also, white-list our JotMail IP addresses within your email service provider: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
