keep getting a message that my email is on a bounce list

2. I keep getting a message that my email is on a bounce list (query-0environment@unimelb.edu.au). I have clicked the button to remove it but every time I login, the message reappears.

Then, check you email spam folder, and mark any JotForm email as NOT SPAM. Also, white-list our JotMail IP addresses within your email service provider: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
