How do I get my form to print out as I designed it?

I shrunk many fields and included them on the same line as other fields, such as cell, home and business phone numbers all together on one line.  How do I get the form to print this way as well to consolidate paper use when printed?  Thank you.

If you're not referring to the printed version, before the submission, of your form, then you could customize your PDF report, in case you're emailing it. 

To do so you need to go to the submissions page and click on PDF -> Customize PDF:
