How to properly align image in PDF submission?

I have an image on a form that is at the top left of the first page of the form. The image is 250 x 51. Once the form is completed and I look at the Submission, the image appears as similar size to the form. However, when I click on PDF | Download PDF, the image in the PDF is larger and extends the width of the entire PDF page (height is larger as well).

I'd like the size of the image on the PDF to be the same size as that on the form and the Submission viewing.

    How can I do this?

    Thanks.

Please try to either change the width and height of the image in the form:

Or go to Submissions and Customize PDF there:

You can add the image there as well:

Please let us know how it worked for you.

    Thank you!

The width and height of the image on the form are perfect. The problem is the increased width and height of the same image on the PDF. Customizing the PDF seems to be a lot of work to solve this problem.

I have cloned your form and I was able to replicate mentioned issue when I created PDF report.

I was able to resolve this issue by resizing the image inside of PDF Designer. I know that you said that it seems like a lot of work, but it can be done in few seconds.

When I Download PDF, only the fields that were filled in on the form show up in the PDF. This is good.

When I Customize PDF, I agree that it takes seconds to resize the above image. But I also need to customize the rest of the PDF. For example, all fields are displayed by default. I need to manually remove all fields and labels that were not filled in. This is what takes time.

Now I'm totally confused. I created a customized PDF. I resized the image to the proper size. I also removed some sections of the PDF but did not remove all. I kept some sections that were blank (not filled out on the form).

When I click on  Preview, I see the PDF with the resized image and only those fields that were filled out on the form. This is great!

How do I save this PDF as it looks in Preview?

Does the customized PDF I created apply to 1 form submission or many?

When you use Customize PDF option all fields from your form will be shown, so that you can customize them if needed. However considering that Auto Hide Empty fields option is checked empty fields not be shown on actual PDF report that you download.

So you downloaded PDF report will look exactly the same as the one that is shown in preview.

To save your report you need to click on Save button.

Customized PDF report will be applied to all of your submissions.

In case that you have removed some field from your PDF report, that can later be filled by another user, I woulds suggest your to Reset your PDF report and only resize your image.

If you do not want that form title, submission ID and submission IP are included inside of PDF report you can remove them as well.
