Why am I not receiving notification email?

    I am not receiving the notification email. It is not coming to my inbox, junk or spam. Why is it being blocked? I use to receive it, but for some reason it doesn't get delivered anymore? Please advise.

    Hello LAAAg825,

    Following your screenshot, it seems that you have a typo on Peter@laaa.og.

    On the email address nancy@laaa.org, it landed in our bounce list because your mail server just blocked emails from us. Here is the message sent by your mail server: 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.606 Access denied, banned sending IP 

    I have now removed your email address from the bounce list. But to resolve the issue, please try using noreply@formresponse.com as your email notification sender address and see if your email server will still block emails from us.

    If you are still not receiving email alerts right after, I suggest that you have one of your email addresses to be setup as your SMTP sender for your email alerts. This way, you'll be able to receive emails coming from @laaa.org email address.
