    Hi,

We use a JotForm for our supervisors to request orders for additional supplies that arise during construction, and I've been asked if there's a way to allow the supervisors to receive a copy of the request.

Is there a way to either (a) copy in the supervisor based on the supervisor name or (b) send an email to an email address selected or entered in a JotForm?

    Hello BellriverIT,

Yes it is possible to achieve both the requirement.

    (a) copy in the supervisor based on the supervisor name or

It seems you want to send submission email to specific email address based on the supervisor email address. Is that correct?

You can take advantage of our conditions feature to send submission email based on the value of another form field. You may like to take a look at the following guide which should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer

    (b) send an email to an email address selected or entered in a JotForm?

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by adding a "Form auto-responder" email alert in form. The following guide should help you how to add form auto-responder in form:  https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-Up-an-Autoresponder-Email

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you!
