Possible Upload File Size, Download Supply to my Users

    Hey,

    i´m very interested in JotForm.

     

    But i have two questions:

    1. I have an Online Shop and my customers should have the option to upload files with a size up to max. 5gb per file.

    Is that possible?

     

    2.  After i´ve done the work for my customers, i want to send this big File back to my customer.

    Is that possible, too?

    Unfortunately, the maximum file size in JotForm is 1GB per file. For more information about our File Upload Size limit you can check this article: Changing the File Upload Size Limit. If you want to send back the uploaded file to the user, you will need to do it manually. You can send it via email with the link where the user can download the file.
