Form not working and forgot the password

    Hello,

    all of a sudden my form stopped working - no messages are delivered. I tried to log into my JotForm account, but it appears that I forgot the password. Your password reminder emails are not delivered either, while messages from other sources are received instantly. Are there currently some technical difficulties with your site, or it's just me?

    I have checked and your account Triplexity is active and your form is working properly. 

    It seems that email address of your account was in the bounce list and because of that you did not received password reset email. Your email address is not in the bounce list anymore and recent password reset emails were sent successfully. I assume that you have removed it from the bounce list. 

    If you are still unable to login to your account, let us know.

    May I ask how did my email address wind up on the bounce list, and how can I prevent it from happening in the future?

    There are several reasons why your email address may have been added to the bounce list. It could be due to a non-existent/inactive email address, your mail server being unavailable, your email server has rejected the emails due to suspected spam, your mailbox is full or JotForm is on your blacklist. JotForm will stop sending emails when your email address is on the bounce list.

    Also you can contact your email provider and ask them to Whitelist JotMails IP Addresses.
