Form not forwarding to everyone

    Hello. My form has four email contacts that are being sent the form when submitted but the only person receiving the email is the first contact listed. Can you help with why this is? Also, we had two people say they submitted a form this week that we did not receive. Is there any way of tracking why?

    I checked our email logs for the addresses in your form and the notifications to a few of the addresses have indeed been failing.  It looks like those addresses were rejecting the emails as spam.  When enough were rejected, it resulted in ther addresses being placed on our bounce list to prevent further rejected emails.

    I removed theaddresses from the list and the notifications should attempt to send once again.  For more information on how to prevent this from happening again in the future, please see the following guide:

    If you believe other email addresses are on our bounce list, you can remove them from your end:

    As for the missed submissions, unfortunately, if the submissions were not forwarded, we do not have any logs of them.  If you continue to miss submissions that should have been sent, please open a new ticket and let us know which form, the details of the missed submissions and if the form is embedded to a webpage.
