notification of wrong form

Hi,

I received a notification email that I had received a filled in form but it wasn't the right form named in the notification email. It said Notifications 'Conditions générales NZ' but the name of the form that was actually filled in (I checked in the data base) was 'Conditions générales demi pair'. Could you explain this error in the notification email please.

This problem with your notification displaying the wrong naming because that is what your email notification's subject is titled.
