Can I have a condition "If (field value) is equal to or less than" X then go to page 5?

Can I have a condition "If (field value) is equal to or less than" X then go to page 5?  I want to check if a value is equal to or less than what my guest has entered on the form.  if less than 2.5 I want to go to the end of the document.

Number fields will allow for using greater than or less than conditions.

I have checked your JotForm and see that the condition is set on a textbox field. As per the condition, the value of the textbox should be <2.5 as a text but not the value 2.5. You may try changing the textbox field to a number field so that you can set the condition with the state as Less than or Greater than as shown below:
