My page blue blinks at the bottom and doesn't continue

    My form is blinking at the bottom of the page and doesn't continue to the next page. Can somebody please tell me if this is some update I need to make?  This is the link

    To my understanding, you are seeing blinking color blue at the bottom of the website URL you provided and it doesn't continue to the next page. 

    I was not able to see blinking color blue at the bottom of the page and I was able to send a test submissions on your direct form link and the website URL you provided. 

    If the issue persists, please try re-embedding your form using the iFrame Method. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

    It seems like the problem is only on cell phones. Any thoughts??

    I am able to see that the form on the web page is not displaying completely when viewed on a mobile device. Could you try re-embedding the form on your web page by using the Iframe embed code as suggested by our colleague? Please use the colored section as in the screenshot below and change the height of the form to 1350px to see if that helps.
