How can I import xls data into my form

I have an xls sheet with data from our previous form.  I would like to add that data to our new submission data here on JotForm.  So far the import app isn't working, how can I add this data to what currently exists on JotForm.

You can only add it using the import app. Or by manually submitting them in your form which is a bit laborious.

The import app should work. We suggest following this guide carefully https://www.jotform.com/help/308-Import-App-Easily-import-your-Excel-or-CSV-data-into-JotForm. You must use the same header format provided by the app in your excel data.
