1) Please try clearing your forms cache first: https://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-Your-Form-Cache
2) Make a cloned version of your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/27-How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-your-account
3) Then try editing the cloned version, and let us know if the edits are saved.
