Your asking me to change my e-mail address, I keep getting a pop-up asking me to change this address that has serviced me for several years. I can now not test or send any forms with my current address.

Can you help me retain this current e-mail. IT HAS ALL WORKED FINE IN THE PAST.............. AND IS A VIABLE ADDRESS

    Thanks

    Hello Bruce,

I checked your email and it shows that it landed in our bounce list:

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550 SC-001 (COL004-MC3F35)

The error means that microsoft has blocked emails from us for having problems of spam. This may be due to the content of the email or the IP address of the sender of the domain. This is the reason why you were being asked to change your email address.

Please take note that email deliveries constantly change and that what used to work before may not work today.

If you do not want to change your email address, can you try replacing your forms' email alerts sender address to noreply@formresponse.com to see if there would be a change on the delivery status?

You may also check your email activity history to review the status of your email alert deliveries. You can check this guide for the steps: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History

    Thanks.
