Shared usage for a sub-user?

    Hello,

    I have a PREMIUM account and have plenty of usage available to me, however, one of my sub-users is getting alerts that they are out of usage for all the forms that I've shared with them. (attached is a screenshot of my Usage showing a ton of availability)

    Why are they "out of space" if I own the forms?

    Will the form be affected even though MY usage says everything is fine?

    Will my sub-user no longer be able to access the submissions, get notifications, etc?

    UPDATE: Effective October 2018 the Sub-User feature has been discontinued and is no longer available for creating new sub-users. If you had been using this feature previously, you're grandfathered.

    I checked your account and I can see that you only have 1 sub-user (RDuren). This sub-user account is currently in good status. It is not over limit. Are you referring to a different sub-user?

    The forms hosted in the main account will not be affected. Sub-users are created in order to share forms with another user. You can share forms to a Free account or to a paid account.

    The limits will be only applied to the account where the form is, which is in the main account. It means that it doesn't matter whether your Sub-user is using a Free account. The sub-user only have the permission to view the submissions or edit the forms shared to them.

    Your sub-user can still open the submissions and edit your forms as long as the main account is in good status.

    You need to add the sub-user in the email notification for them to be notified via email when someone completed your form. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications.
