    I'm having the same issue, I receive the usual confirmation mail, not the one I set up...

    Could you please provide us more information of your concern? What do you mean by "usual confirmation"? If you could share us the form and a sample of the error or problem, that would help us better. 

    As mentioned on the other thread, the "Test Email" button only sends the default setting to the email address set in your JotForm account. To accurately test your email alerts, you need to fill out the form and hit the submit button.
